Vera's Tide Copper Bracelet

There is a certain quiet to a piece of metal that has been worked until it is perfectly smooth.

I shaped this open cuff from a single length of pure copper, forging it over my anvil until every edge was soft and the surface ran like still water.

People have been wearing copper against their skin this way for over three thousand years, and I've watched folks come back to my workshop for decades without ever needing to explain why.

This is one of the last bracelets I'll make before I close my workshop, and when it is gone, I won't be making more.
